The staff were great. The food was fantastic. A slight negative. The seats in the women's toilet did not seem to fit properly.
Went to the junction for the wife's birthday meal they placed a nice white table cloth on. The range of food was great even had a complete vegan menu.Food was quick, I had mixed grill it was the best I had ever had.Very good portion sizes we all where very happy will definitely be going back highly recommended.Now the toilets they where smelly as in stale urine could possibly do with a refurbishment.
I came for lunch. Extensive menu (on 3 different menus which was confusing). No table service, but that is not unusual in a pub. My beef burger, which was perhaps meant to be chargrilled was, in fact, just charred. Black in colour, with a standard white bun and a bit of lettuce on the side. Great window looking out at a nice tree and watching people pass by in the street but not enough to bring me back again.
We came to eat a Sunday meal. When we chose our table we were told to make an order at the bar. Fair enough, but at the bar nobody seemed to be interested that we were waiting. They even didn't answer "hello". No smile or acknowledgement. They need to learn a lot about customer service. We went to different place this evening to spend money and we had a good time.
A lovely spacious pub with lots of comfortable seating areas. Large screen TV is excellent. Food was nice. Bar manager was professional and respectful. Female bar staff could have been more so Tiny car park though...
