Fun to visit .Deal for 5 museum ticket all together cost 17.45 gbp
A little pricey for what it is, BUT a lovely little museum and it's probably not cheap to run so didn't mind the price too much. Worth a visit if you're into dinosaurs
My kids (4&2y/o) demanded I give this 5 stars but this is the first dinosaur museum they have ever been to. It's not that they didn't enjoy it because they definitely did, it is a fairly small venue,.I wasn't expecting the natural history museums vastness but I was a little surprised, had to pay a (steepish) entrance fee for my 4y/o even though 75% of the attractions are literature on boards. I think once we manage to get to the London museums my kids would rate this 3 starsWorth a visit with slightly older kids maybe.
Basically if you're disabled or have a baby in a pram you've only got a small 2/3 room "museum". Square footage of a good sized 4 bed house. Absolute rip off. Came with my partner and our 2 kids one in pram so couldn't go upstairs and our 4 year old who was bored 5 minutes in. Would be more fun for all going to a play park for freeWill never catch me or any of my family in this or the other twinned attractions again
Do not be put off at the size of the entrance to this building. The museum goes back a long way & there is quite a lot to see. Children would surely enjoy it. Only complaint is that a reduction in the price for seniors would be appreciated. Bearing in mind many seniors take grandchildren to places like this.
