Gave them a call, spoke to a friendly chap who said he'd call me back within the next half and hour. Had to call him back and hour and a half later. He made some kind of weak excuse about 'I was about to call 5mins ago and a car came in' then he quoted me 25 to fit 2 exhaust rubbers, barely a 5min job and the parts must be less than a fiver.
