Great mechanic, honest, reliable, efficient and well priced. Thank you time and time again Mike. Always fits in the work as quick as possible, works late when he knows you need your car for work. Even fitted in my van at short notice so that I could go on holiday. Absolute star who I am happy to recommend to anyone.
On Monday morning all the warning lights came on in my Vivaro van. I needed it for work so I rang Mike and asked him to help. He said it was more than likely the alternator but he was snowed under with work. He told me that if I could get it to the garage that morning he would take off the faulty alternator and order a new one. Then I could have the van back by noon on Tuesday. I was delighted that he could do it so quickly and dropped the van in at 11am that morning. I was surprised to get a call from Mike at 6pm that evening saying that as I needed the van for work he had worked on to get it finished. I could pick it up that evening so I could go the work the next day. All I can say is that Mike is a star and I would recommend him to anyone.
What a fantastic garage! We came across mikes motors by chance as we were travelling past Dorchester to go on holiday. The car was not in a good way but Mike's help and service was exceptional. He realised our predicament and soon got us back on the road. The only negative was me wishing he was local to us as we would definitely have mike as our regular mechanic. You won't go wrong using him!!!
Brilliant mechanic! I went to Mike after seeing other mechanics who were no help. Not only did he have the experience needed, he held my hand through the whole process (I no nothing about vehicles). He was very reasonably priced and the kind of true Dorset person you can really trust. My go to mechanic now. Would recommend 100%
When other garages were quoting me close to 5k to fix my car, Mike not only fixed my problem, but also did some other preventative maintenance for less than 3K. Not had any problems with the car since. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent, honest, reliable mechanic (and he seems like a genuinely lovely guy too!)
