I don't normally spend time writing reviews, because let's face it, life is busy for most of us.However, every now and then you receive such great and unexpected service, that it compels you to take some time out to commend them.Whilst visiting the lovely city of Dorchester this week, I parked my car near the hotel and came back in the morning to discover it had been pranged - the headlight was out, the wing dented and the grill on the floor. Now what do you do in these situations? Call the insurance company who arrange a collection to their nearest authorised workshop who quote a fortunate + you lose your no claims bonus? Long story short, Heritage were fortunately based nearby, so I walked into their reception and explained what had happened. Adele (receptionist) was very nice and attentive, but it was Mike that came out from the workshop having overheard the scenario. What a legend. Despite being quite busy, he gave me a number options and indication of costs. I left the car with them for just a couple of hours and then he called back and said it was ready. They'd gone out of their way to help me out at extremely short notice and repaired the car at a extremely good price. If anyone is thinking of using them (particularly the Dorchester brand), I have no hesitation in recommending their entire team - especially Mike - really honest and caring service!!!
