I broke down on the way to Cornwall, the AA recovery man rang Brenton to see if he could help, yes he could!! After being towed there, he looked at the car, but it couldn't be fixed while we waited, he went above and beyond to help, loaning me a car to get us on our way, fixing my car ready to collect on our way home. A very friendly and helpful guy, all the staff were very nice. Amazing service and it's great to know that there are people like Brenton and the staff at Kane auto's who go that extra mile to help. Wheel bearing in need of replacement. It was sorted within a few hours so that we could resume our holiday. Very impressed with Brent and his team.
Our starter motor gave out while camping in Dorset and the RAC guy recommended Kane Autos to us. Brenton was the best. Even though it was a busy Saturday he installed a new starter motor then and there and ran a full check which revealed that our alternator was also on it's last legs (which was already suspected as our battery wasn't charging). He went above and beyond and found and installed us a new alternator on the following Monday. He also tweaked a couple of little things like the low hanging exhaust and loose leisure battery connection. He was happy to explain the issues and demonstrated how he diagnosed things. And to top it all he's a really lovely chap. While waiting for the repairs we went for a wonder and ended up chatting to a local lady who also sung his praises. I am tempted to arrange future repairs around camping trips to Dorset! Thank you!
