Didn't bother to reply regarding an enquiry about a bike which I guess he'd sold.When asked about a bike on the C2W scheme just moaned about how much he would have to pay Halfords.
Coudnt even be bothered to ring me back about an enquiry and to rearrange an appointment.

Andy was really helpful and took time explaining, assisting and generally went out of his way to help me - I am very happy with my bicycle I bought. Can highly recommend.
John is an amazing bike mechanic- he got my 2 Treks running like new again. Dean was also very nice and helped me bring one of my bikes up the stairs when I dropped them off for a tune up (and John helped me bring one of my bikes down the stairs when I collected them). I'll definitely be back for repairs.
