The cycle team dealt with a back wheel puncture twice - unfortunately the 'green slime' option didn't work! - they were efficient & hard-working both times. When I collected the bike another member of staff remarked to a colleague that the second repair had taken ages - despite that, it was done for nothing under warranty without demur. My experience of this team & branch, as with other Halfords branches, is that their love of bikes and keenness to help top everything - rare in this day & age. Many thanks.
Amazing service and price - sorted my radio! I'd been having real problems with my aerial and the chaps here took ages over diagnosing the issue, then fitted a new DAB/Bluetooth unit for much less money than expected. The fitter took lots of trouble and I not only have a great radio but no loose wires - whoop!
We visited this store on 24th June as we needed the next size up child car seat. We asked for help, as we also needed to check it fitted into our car. We had a lovely man called Paul, he answered various questions we had, and helped us try out a few different car seats into our car for the best fit. He was really helpful, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. Thank you to Paul and the Dorchester branch. Wonderful customer service :-) highly recommended :-)
Having collected a large chip to the windscreen of my Land Rover whilst travelling on the A30 I called into Halfords, Dorchester to enquire about a fix. Joe interrupted his lunch break to attend to me. Having commented that it was the largest chip he had tried to repair he explained what the process involved and how long it would take. He was efficient and friendly. He correctly explained that I may see a small trace of the crack due to the size of the area of damage but this was a very good repair and cost 25. Great service.
Bought a bike there recently and had a few problems with my front wheel, mainly punctures. Cannot fault their customer service in the bike hubb at Dorchester. I was served by Raff, who was extremely helpful and has hopefully sorted my wheel out for me. No hassle, no fuss, thank you
