My mother in law visited on Tuesday and was so v impressed with the level of customer service she received. It would be great if you could teach the Bath store since you are truly amazing whilst they are truly awful.

Makes choosing one pair difficult
Went to collect my order today and got the worst service ,the lady who came from behind the shop started by blamming me why I came to collect my shoes so late.then she said I had collected them already then the next was they were delivered.I was on holiday,delivered to whom??? Nobody is home when I am away.Surely this is poor service treat your customers with respect..Why not apologise for all this.When the shoes then came,I asked her what size they were,she went on to say the size you ordered!!! Why not say this is size 5 is it the size you ordered? Very poor customer service.Hope you not like this to all customers..
Went to buy sandles and they had my size. Excellent sale price. Staff very helpful even when the shop was very busy.
