Be aware! You need to think twice before you buy from this shop. If by any chance you buy a pair of shoes that next day prove unfit for purpose you will not receive your money on returning them back next day. However they give you a credit note to buy something else from them.The shop policy is a A4 format like framed text quoting the Consumer Rights Act only partially, missing the 'fit for purpose' object. Is it fair for a shop to adopt the Consumer Rights Act only partially?
