Front line staff great. MANAGEMENT ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS!!!!
I think this organisation has lost the plot.... I turn up a Weymouth tip to be told my trailer is too large so I am turned away. I pay my council tax my rubbish was 100% domestic and I was towing with a car. What amuses me is that the cost of clearing fly tipping is increasing yet these people are making it happen. Why should I purchase a special trailer for rubbish disposal when the one I have is suited to my needs. Who do you people think you are????
I am 82 years of age. I found:-Very poor access.Only one member of staff has ever offered assistance. You have to climb steps up for every load.Generally rather scruffy. This is a terrible facility, never seen worse.A disgrace to the comunity.Use should be encouraged not intimidated.
waited weeks for bin to arrive, when I contacted DWP it took them a day to get back to me to tell me there had been a delay at their depot. Don't wait for your customers to have to chase you up, contact them and apologise you wastes of space. On the plus side, the waste handlers on the truck are always hard working and helpful. Maybe the office staff should be trained by the front line staff?
New tenant, can't get the blue bags, the website is useless. Third month of no rubbish collection. Why am I paying council tax? Driving all my rubbish to the head office and leaving it there. This council is shameful, so glad I graft daily to pay their undeserved wages
