My sister was in Dorchester hostpitail back last October in the Prince of Wales word The treatment she got was just awful. She had a minor heartack and no one informed us this had happened. She was in there a foutnight when she came home she terrible constipation. She was home with us for five days. She was taken into Bournemouth hostpitail with an infection. She passed away on the 26th of November. The constipation was so bad that it had set up an infection which they could not control... This all started in Dorchester I would never send anyone else to this hostpitail as we were disgusted with the treatment she got. I just won't other people to be aware of what this hostpitail is like.

Maternity WardI do not understand one thing. WHY ON EARTH my wife had to be in labour for 43 hours?????? It came to stage that she was exhausted and baby was exhausted that it was to late for cesarean. It just unbelievable where is common sense? The midwifes were amazing but doctors came for a sec only during the whole time and just storm off. What amazes me that before we had a informative session and that is what happening commonly. The lecturer said that she been in labour for 38 hours. The drip to strengthen contractions should have been give way quicker.

It's one of the greatest hospitals I've ever been to. Like the time I went there to have my feet comfortable.

Having taken my daughter to A & E on a couple of occasions due to not being able to see her local GP and having very little luck with the 111 number I was a little bit shocked to read the notice on the window of A & E stating they would prefer you to contact your GP or 111 than come to A & E. So who is gonna help when someone is clearly not well? Thankfully she was seen quickly by the staff who were great but you could see they were under pressure no rooms available staff were putting people back into the small waiting room and treating them there no dignity for anyone. I think we're starting to loose the plot we've gone from a great institution to A third world one how in earth has that happened?

Disappointing attitude when we left , everything was ok up to that point. But when discharged we were treated like 2nd class citizens!!! The lady on reception was a lot friendlier and treated us better and we made sure we thanked her when we left. Not good
