My husband recently had day surgery at Winterbourne. From the time we arrived at 7 am until my husband was discharged at 2pm we had nothing but great service. We were greeted by welcoming receptionist nothing was to much for the nursing staff. My husband was provided with reassurance at all times. The consultant checked on my husband before he was discharged and gave clear instructions to aid his recovery. Nothing but a good experience.
Very unfriendly outpatient receptionist. No emotion, robotic, no eye contact at all whist speaking to me.. I am self funding a 15 minute appointment costing 200. I could stay in a nice hotel overnight for that and receive excellent service.A smile and friendly greeting costs nothing. BMI...come on get your act together. We are customers! Now been waiting over 40 minutes.

Let me explain today 24/3/2017 I went into the private winterbourne hospital where I booked my consultation 3mnths prior so I little nervous and excited....When I was approached by the blonde hair receptionest with red flower in her hair I felt to be on-the front of a expensive hospital she should change her expression on her face and her attitude I felt she looked down her nose at me..(so not a very good start!!!! So when I got to see Mr! Not DR! Because in my eyes with his disgusting body language and attitude he not worthy enough to be called a DR! ( Mr Graham the botox man!) I was horrified!!! How Unprofessional he was in his profession with his one worded lines and a conceltation that lasted less than a minute! (Thank god I was NOT! charged because guess what? With your unprofessional approach to clients (I WOULDNT OF PAYED!!! I'm in the hair & beauty industry a have been self employed doing my profession for 22yrs and iv never made a client so feel so worthless! As I felt in my appointment today!!! There was no offer of a bed where face mapping should of been done I didn't even take my coat off as the one worded lines lasted less than a minute (Very unprofessional! I'm not disappointed far from it! I never had my procedure) But Grayham feel free to stick it all over your face to improve your facial expressions so it makes your grow a personality and a smile! I look forward to be telling clients in Dorset of the very upsetting disappointing time at the winterbourne hospital...................
