Poor customer service with calls never returned is the norm for them. Several friends in the district with BMW's all say the same thing and buy cars and get servicing done in Yeovil. Time to shut up shop!
I telephoned BMW Dorchester at 16.00 and asked for servicing and that's the last thing I heard. it's now 16.14 ! They must have a very big building that it takes a quarter of an hour for someone to simply pick up the phone or to say they are busy. 16.16 not impressed . The website shows that the branch closes at 18.00, perhaps the've all gone home early because it's too hot to work.
