We called Malcolm out for a plumbing emergency at the weekend and were very grateful for his speedy response. Not only did he turn up very promptly, but he had all the parts with him necessary to carry out the job, which he did very efficiently and to a high standard! As a result of this, we happily booked him for further non-emergency work at a later date.
