Very comfortable and clean hotel in a central part of the town with easy access to the shops, restaurants cinemas and historic places. Still developing the area so some disruption during the day but doesn't affect in the evening. Really enjoyed our stay here but make sure you have parking organized because it is limited.
Easy to find, pleasent staff, great bed. Love the late checkout. Heating kept going off though, easy to switch back on.
Staff are very helpful, and greet you with a smile and normal chat rather than the sometimes forced sound bites you can experience in some hotels...rooms are fairly standard layout, bed was comfortable and I did get the guaranteed sleep (as promised) underground car park is very useful although there is a 4night charge for car or motorcycle? This is normally not charged elsewhere for m'bikes...however very clean, well lit and secure.
Great staff. Very welcoming at reception and restaurant. Stayed for 3 weeks on a course. Food was lovely. Especially the sea bream fish dinner! Great breakfast!
My sister and I could not wish for nicer staff at this premier Inn. Always there to help with anything. Room is clean , everything you need in a room. Nothing to much trouble for the member off staff especially young employee Emma always plight and find time to listen and chat to customers. That is excellent customer service. She will go along way. We will recommend this Inn to friends if they are traveling this way to this part of the country and we certainly come back too in the near future.
