What a fantastic jewellers. The ladies in the shop were so lovely, very friendly, extremely helpful and at no point did I feel pressured, rushed or uncomfortable. I was making an expensive purchase and it took me a while to decide and they were so patient. Thank you to all of you. What a great place. Lovely friendly jewelers with a good range of products. From expensive to affordable.
Jordan's Jewellers is a charming jewellery shop tucked away in the back streets of Dorchester. The experienced staff clearly operate with wonderful old fashioned values which I find rare in today's jewellery retail market. Upon entering the shop, I received a warm welcome and was even offered a hot drink. I felt no pressure from Sandy or Sarah whilst browsing, and after I had set the limits of my budget (up to 150), I believe I received the same treatment as I would have done with 5,000 in my back pocket.I was particularly interested in their collection of Bill Skinner costume jewellery for my long suffering partner. Regardless of my budget, I was sat down and every piece was explained to me including information about the brand and the composition of the pieces. Their knowledge was excellent, and at no point did I feel under pressure to spend my hard earned cash. The range of the jewellery in Jordan's is sublime with an eclectic mix of new current fashion and beautiful antique jewellery. After making my purchase, I had another look around and any questions I had were sufficiently answered, even though my wallet was empty. When I finally get my act together and decide to purchase a ring to present on one knee, I will certainly be making a return to Jordan's Jewellers. Thank you girls!

Sandy and her team were incredibly friendly and very helpful, also they showed excellent knowledge and really made my shopping experience very enjoyable.
