I visited yesterday and experienced top customer service from their Assistant Manager. She took the time to help with my choice and told me about the merits of the various tiles. Then, rather than just give me a price per tile, she went on the system and priced each of my numerous choices at their square meter cost - to help make a more accurate comparison. Very impressed and pleased - thank-you Topps.
