Really tranquil & balanced environment . Great range of classes on offer. I hired this space for a therapy session. It was really highly suitable. Sharon (owner) was friendly, extremely helpful and flexible in opening over the times that I needed.

A truly wonderful place to practise yoga with fantastic teachers. I practised pregnancy yoga at this centre and I learnt so much which helped me in pregnancy and labour. I would highly recommend!
Warm, friendly, great teachers, new equipment. Lots of space. A really big improvement since the building was done up and the new management took it on in December.
