We had our new bed delivered this morning by fantastic Andy and Billy. They didn't have it easy but they managed to win the heroic battle against some very narrow staircases and awkward corridors. They were professional and efficient throughout. Fab job, thank you!
A couple of months ago I ordered some diffusers online and after about a week I followed up to find out where they were. Long story short, the order had been overlooked owing to staff changes. I kicked up a fuss and they did refund me after a few phone calls, but more than that they mailed me a diffuser as a kind gesture to make amends once stock was back in.
