Unprofessional I wouldn't buy an experience from this place again. When I couldn't use the voucher because the 'summer season' they offered was cut short (through no fault of my own), I, understandably, requested a refund for them. This was an incredibly arduous process - many phone calls were made (but not returned), emails were ignored and only with a formal letter and the threat of small claims court did they refund the money. Hours were wasted.Unprofessional people who I wouldn't trust with my money.
